These chefs are recruited from all over the world, and are excited to use their skill and creativity to cook up new dishes to capture your imaginations and taste buds. And make sure you visit us on Friday or Saturday evenings when our chefs come into the dining room to thrill you with a show for the senses. You’ll see the flames. You’ll hear the sizzle. You’ll smell the aroma as they cook your food for you. All that’s left is for you to taste how incredibly delicious it is.

Chef Chung is from Korea and has been cooking for 28 years. He specializes in our famous noodle soup and Yu's chicken wings. Chef Chung has been with Yu's Mandarin since 2006.

Chef Dai is from Liao Ning, China and has been cooking for 31 years. He specializes in our famous Honey Glazed Walnut Shrimp and Orange Chicken. Chef Dai has been with Yu's Mandarin since 2009.

Chef DaShan is from Kai Fong, China and specializes in making La-mien Noodles, which he's been making for 29 years. He demonstrates his skills to our customers every Friday and Saturday evening during our Noodle Show by stretching the noodles by hand. Chef DaShan has been with Yu's Mandarin since 1996.

Chef Jiang is from Korea and has been cooking for 37 years. He specializes in making appetizers such as Potstickers and Crab Rangoon. Chef Jiang has been with Yu's Mandarin since 1983.

Chef Liang is from Hong Kong and has been cooking for 37 years. He specializes in seafood (like crab and lobster), Cantonese, and Mandarin style dishes like our Mongolian beef. Chef Liang has been with Yu's Mandarin since 2004.

Chef Tao is from Kai Fong, China and has been cooking Mandarin style for 37 years. His specialties are the Sesame Chicken and Fried Rice. Chef Tao has been with Yu's Mandarin since 1991.

Chef Zhou is from Shang-Hai, China and has been cooking for 22 years. He specializes in spicy Hunan style food like our famous noodle platter. Chef Zhou has been with Yu's Mandarin since 2008.

Chef DuPing is from Szechwan China and has been cooking for 24 years. He specializes in Szechwan style food like our Chef Du's Fish Fillet and the delicious Egg Yolk Crab. Chef DuPing has been with Yu's Mandarin since 1992.
